Saturday May 25 (today!) from 3 – 7 pm come see Alison Shull Art in person at “Needle Drop: Art Show & Vinyl Swap” at The Westy 516 W. State St., Ithaca. Billed by art & music event promoters ARTe & Team607 as an “art show Ithaca Style” it’s art in action at Studio West and The Westy. Outside in the beer garden watch a live 3D art show throw down (what’s that? I’ll find out soon – and you can too!) surrounded by art for sale by a whole bunch of local artists. Inside DJ Z hosts a vinyl swap. Local brew from Roosterfish Brewery can be enjoyed by visitors 21 & older in The Westy.
I’ll have prints of paintings and photos, including the Flower Sculpture Photography Series, on display and for sale. Stop by to take in some artful entertainment, buy that print you’ve been thinking about, pick up a free Alison Shull Art mini-catalog, and take a peak at my recent foray into 3-D wood sculpting.
